# Share and install community designs

> A public marketplace of role icons, badges, packs, palettes and covers that install into your own editor and stay editable.

The marketplace holds designs other people have published: role icons, profile
badges, icon packs, colour palettes and covers.

Two things make it different from a folder of downloadable images:

- **Open in editor** loads someone else's design as a starting point you can
  change, rather than a finished file you cannot.
- **Download** produces exactly the same bytes as exporting the design yourself,
  because it runs the same renderer.

## Access

- **Browsing and downloading need no account.**
- **Publishing** requires signing in with Discord, so your name can sit on what
  you share.
- Published items can be removed by their author but never edited, so a design
  someone already downloaded cannot change underneath them.
- Each author may have up to 30 published items.
